• The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before dispatch.

• Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

• We offer Pan India delivery through trusted courier partners.

• Delivery timelines vary by location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

• All products are packed carefully to maintain freshness and quality during transit.

🔹 Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the advance payment is made.

• As our products are freshly prepared, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns.

🔹 Delays & Responsibility

• While we strive for on-time delivery, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

• Choconova Bakery will not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
