ChocoNova Bakery specializes in customized hampers, baked goods, gifting solutions, and personalized packaging. All orders placed through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Customized Hampers

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including names, messages, themes, colors, delivery information, and preferred items.

• All hampers are made-to-order and customized according to customer preferences.

 Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or advance booking amount confirmation.

• Once production for a customized hamper has started, modifications may not be possible.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customized hamper orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

• No refund or replacement will be provided for

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

• Minor design or color variations

• Delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events
